Is there a minimum order?
Tell us the quantity and we will tell you what is workable. We have shipped engraved group orders in the single digits and in the dozens, and the process is the same either way. There is no published minimum on this page because it depends on the piece.
How does volume pricing work?
We quote it rather than publish a table, because the discount depends on the item, the quantity, and how much engraving each piece needs. Send the form and you will get a real number to work from, not a range.
Can every piece have a different name on it?
Individual names are usually possible, and it is the thing that makes a group gift land. Put the list in the notes or tell us roughly how many different names you need, and we will confirm it on the quote along with any effect on timing.
Can you put a company logo on these?
On printed cigar bands, yes. Bands are printed rather than engraved, so a logo, color and an event name all reproduce well. On metal and leather pieces it depends on the logo, so send the artwork with the form and we will tell you honestly whether it will engrave cleanly at that size.
How long does a bulk order take?
Standard retail orders ship in about eight to twelve business days within the United States. A bulk run depends on the quantity and the engraving, so we confirm a firm date on the quote rather than guess here. If you are working to a hard deadline, put it in the form and we will tell you up front whether it is achievable.
Do you sell the cigars too?
No. Groovy Cigars sells the accessories around the cigar: torches, cutters, cases, ashtrays, humidors and custom bands. Because we do not ship tobacco, there are no state restrictions to work around, which is one reason accessories are the easier corporate and wedding gift.
