Can this be personalized?
Yes. This one can be personalized at no extra charge. Add your engraving details (a name, initials, or a short message) in the Personalization box above before you add to cart, and our team will laser engrave it for you.
How long does shipping take?
For the continental U.S., standard shipping takes about 8 to 12 business days (weekends and holidays do not count). Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100. Most items are personalized and made to order, and you will get a tracking email as soon as yours is on the way. We also ship to Canada (12 to 15 business days) and internationally (about 2 to 3 weeks).
What is your return policy?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged since they are engraved just for you, and lighters cannot be returned because they ship as flammable goods. If something arrives damaged or we made an engraving error, send us a photo and we will make it right.
